What customers say?

“ A small but cozy café with a terrace. The coffee and croissant were good. The waitress was very friendly. ”

- Wally Portaro -

“ At first glance, it's not a particularly attractive place due to its poor lighting and its competition with Café Dindurra, As de Picas, etc. A cozy place with a friendly atmosphere, I didn't think it looked good, but I was pleasantly surprised. They don't charge more for the hot chocolate for breakfast (like the rest of the places). I ordered a special pintxo: chicken focaccia with mayonnaise and lettuce, and my girlfriend got a coffee and a bacon and egg pintxo. Advantages: hot pintxos from salamanders, not microwaved ones; they have soy milk; and it's cheap (€5.20 for two breakfasts, including the special pintxo). I recommend it. ”

“ Excellent service, good menu, good price. I recommend it. ”

“ A quiet place where you can talk in peace, with professional and friendly staff, and a good price for the quality they offer. Located right in the center of Gijón and with a large covered terrace. ”

- Thomas Power -

“ Although it's called a wine bar, it's actually a café and brewery. It's also a small but very cozy place. It has a terrace that's also very cozy and is covered under the arcades on Covadonga Street. The service is very pleasant, and it's always good to have a place like this in the center to have a beer for breakfast or any time you have a little space in your schedule. ”

- Jorge Del Castillo -

“ A very pleasant breakfast bar located on the ground floor next to the Begoña Gardens in a very quiet area. They have a variety of breakfast items, including small sandwiches, pastries, and toast. The price is reasonable (€2.60) for a coffee and a slice of toast with olive oil and tomato. The staff is very friendly, and while the place isn't very big, it's very well organized and decorated. It also has a small terrace with an outdoor TV. ”

- Pedro San Bruno -

“ It's "that" coffee shop on the corner. Small, quaint and friendly. Large terrace in summer which is comforting. ”

- Michael Gilwood -

“ A quiet spot with a lovely terrace, though it gets very little sun. They usually serve good tapas (mini burgers, potatoes with chorizo, chicken wings, etc.), but on our last visit they gave us birdseed. It depends on the day. ”
